For CV and Motivation letter we suggest to use Microsoft word or PDF and for your photo use any of the following file formats; JPG, JPEG, GIF, BMP, PNG. Please make sure that each file doesnt exceed 1MB/1000KB in size.
If you get an error "File extensions are not allowed" it means that the CV or Photo is not in the right format, please change CV and/or Motivation letter to a PDF or Word file and Photo to either JPG,JPEG, BMP, PNG or GIF and try again.
If it still shows "File extensions not allowed" then submit the form without adding any files and send those files to us separately by mail to info@maxinternship.com.

IMPORTANT: DURATION - START & END DATE.

In all of the hotels we work with you are required to work a normal full time working schedule of 40hours, 5 days a week with 2 days off.

For the Start and End date please fill in the period you are able to complete the required amount of hours/weeks.
We will then select the best possibility for you to complete the required hours/weeks from within the dates you have provided on this form.

Keep in mind that you are not allowed to take vacation during your internship. So, if you have any vacation within the internship period provided by school, you will have to take this vacation elsewhere and before or after you do your internship and exclude this period from the dates provided by school.

For example; If school tells you that you have to do your internship for 600 hours(600 hours is 15 weeks based on full time working schedule), between 01-MAY-2017 until 01-DEC-2017 and during this period you also have 6 weeks summer holiday, you have to decide when you want to take this holiday before filling in the Start and End date. If you decide to take this 6 weeks holiday before the start of your internship you should fill in as Start date 12-JUNE-2017 and End date 01-DEC-2017.
